This garland celebrates the spirit of the 1920s flapper with plenty of rebellion and adventures, absinthe green fringe, sensual perfume, cigarettes & daydreams, a pair of handsome suitors, and plenty of whiskey!

All components of this garland were hand-cut and hand-glued by me. Flapper medallions feature hand-folded absinthe green tissue fringe.
